Tom joined BT Global Services in 2011, where he is the Global VP for the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods offerings. His team is responsible for providing global retail customers leading edge solutions from BT and its partners for consumer engagement, revenue acceleration, and unique supply chain capabilities to address emerging consumer concerns such as proof of origin. Leveraging its global professional services, BT provides seamless implementation and support around the world.
Tom joined BT from HP (EDS) where he held a variety of positions in executive sales and network services. Prior to HP (EDS) Tom held various sales executive positions with IBM and DSC Communications.
Tom received a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University in 1977.
