Heather has been with the Future Foundation for four years, beginning her career with Future Foundation in their London Headquarters. In 2013 she moved to New York to open and head-up the company’s first US office. Heather contributes trend and editorial content for Future Foundation’s U.S. consumer insight platform; in addition she is responsible for further developing company relationships with clients in the US, managing multiple client accounts, speaking at industry events and running both workshops and consultancy projects.
Heather has a BA in International Relations from Gonzaga University and an MSc in the History of Empires from the London School of Economics. She has lived and worked in Italy, Zambia and the UK.
